I am an educator and cultural worker whose work outside of academia stems from a desire to create more inclusive futures in various industry sectors.
I specialize in the needs of organizations working towards social justice and equity alongside their other objectives.

My approach is rooted in my research and academic studies, and I take a historically-based, collaborative approach to working with organizations. More than that, my working praxis is based within decolonizing frameworks that make structural change possible, sustainable and forward-facing.

I am also a certified conflict mediator through the Brown University Ombuds Office, and approach my work with organizations by creating spaces of mutual support and community building.
